I am currently living in the Czech Republic where I am making living as a sports journalist, camera operator and video editor. I make complete video reports about sports events for the local TV, working on my own from shooting and taking interviews through writing appropriate commentary to final cut and editing.
I studied English Language and Literature at Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, later lived and worked in Scotland. I would like to increase my incomes by independent freelance jobs such as video editing, writing, proofreading, transcribing and marketing research.
The topics I am the most familiar with are sports, travelling or computers, web & mobile phones. I have translated technical manuals and social project´s materials from English to Czech. I have done final proofreading and editing of some novels before its publishing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. i have also transcribed lectures from audio recordings. During my studies I worked as marketing researcher researching companies in Australian and New Zealand region and adding them into the company's database with contact information, names of the responsible people, activities companies are doing and other.
