I have over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Marketing/Design Coordinator and have learned to adapt to any situation and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Throughout my career, I have managed the calendars, marketing strategies, and brands of busy executives. I believe excellent communication is essential and most executives prefer that I act as their client and community liaison as well. I’m friendly, dependable, flexible, detail-oriented and have learned to anticipate the needs of the people I work with.
I am skilled in all office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint and Publisher), QuickBooks, Google Apps, CRM software, among others. On the creative side, I am skilled with the Adobe Creative Suite and am a professionally trained photographer. I can also handle any social media and marketing management, presentations, proposals, business cards, flyers, letterhead, and any other creative projects as needed.
Work Terms
My hours are flexible. Payment is expected within 1-2 business days after I have completed & delivered the project.
