I don't have any experience when it comes to freelancing but I can say that I might be the one that you're looking for.
I've started in the customer service industry on March 8, 2008. I started as an inbound customer service who services Canadian Telco product. I used to answer queries regarding internet bills and and provide information about the product that the client purchased.
In 2010, I've moved to a financial account mainly in Credit and Collections department for a UK account. I used SAP and GET Paid as my tools in tracking payments. I used to send notice via email if our clients are behind payment.
In 2013 I've moved to another financial account and currently catering an annuity account in the US. I've been a Quality Analyst who monitors the calls of the front line customer service and gives feedback regarding how they took calls. I also give one on one coaching if there's a need. I have also experience in training new hires to service our product.
I'm a Series 6 license holder.
The Series 6 is a securities license entitling the holder to register as a company's representative and sell mutual funds, variable annuities and insurance. Holders of the Series 6 license are not permitted to sell corporate or municipal securities, direct participation programs and options. With Series 6, an individual can purchase or sell mutual funds, variable life insurance, municipal fund securities, variable annuities and unit investment trusts.
