New to Guru but not new to work. Soon I will have a great portfolio on here!

I have been writing stories since I was a child. My first book was written in fourth grade, however, that story is still unpublished. I love working, I love writing and reading, and I like my day job where I get to do accounting, sales and marketing, technical writing, editing and so much more. I have a BS in psychology and an AA in general studies.

I have always been intrigued by freelancing and decided to start doing it, especially if I can make a little money and get to stay home with my husband and puppy. It would also be good for the environment because I would not need to commute.

I also crochet, knit a little, research genealogy, play table RPGs, travel, and spend time with family and friends when possible. I have the best nieces and nephews in the world and one naughty, but lovable, Italian greyhound. This pretty much sums up my life.

Work Terms

Because I have a day job that provides benefits, any work I take on Guru must be able to be completed in the evenings and on weekends. Salaries will be negotiable.
