About

I am an expert in Customer Service. I also have background in Lead Generation, Data Mining and Back-office Administration. I have experience with different CRM Tools, AirBnB and InnGenius.

I started as a Technical Support Representative providing phone support for a Technical Account in 2008 in a Business Process Outsourcing industry and then became a subject matter expert and floor support. I then transferred to a different company and worked as a Customer Service Representative. This time, I provided phone support for Billing and Sales. I have been in a BPO industry for 7 years and 10 months when I decided to resign and started as a freelancer in February 2016 as a Lead Generation Specialist for different clients. I have worked as a Back-office administrator for a Real Estate company where I did common administrative tasks like proofreading, data entry, data evaluation then forward it to the clients. I am a hardworking person and a team player. I can work with minimal supervision and has great attention to detail. I am looking for a long-term job. I have HelpScout for eBay and Amazon, Slack, SellerCloud, AirBnb, Agoda, InnGenius, CRM tools and Inspection Manager experience.

Work Terms

I can can work any time of the day, 8 hours a day and 5 days a week. Any payment term will do but I prefer weekly.
