My name is Michelle Joy Guiriba. My previous job was as a Customer Service Representative for two years. I handled customer queries via phone and by email as well. After that, I became a Data Entry Staff in one of the most competitive BPO company here in the Philippines. I do data entry tasks which include entering a number of consignments on the system which was provided by the logistics company, our client. I also answer customer's and the client's concern via phone and email. My tasks are being sent via email and upon receipt of the said email, I will immediately get the task done since the paper works are needed and the drivers are waiting for those paper works. Those paper works are needed for the delivery become possible. I also do chasing the Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) of the freight. Also included on my task list is sending of reports to the respective customers and also to the client. I am also assigned to answer phone calls which I will then be transferring to the client.
For almost a year and a half now I am doing Transcription jobs as my part-time job.
With all the experiences I have acquired I know that I would be able to do and deliver the tasks assigned to me with an exemplary output. I am also willing to share my knowledge and skills. Everything will be done accordingly and accurately for this job to have a positive result and be successful.

Work Terms

I can 4 hours a day or 20-30 hours a week. Payment method is via Paypal.
