I work in BPO industry for a total of 2 years before I work in Doha, Qatar as a Server at The Cheesecake Factory. I just moved back here in the Philippines to work a home-based job where I can earn and be with my family. My first BPO experience is a Customer Service Associate in Wellcare, a Health Insurance Plan in the United States where we assist customer’s inquiry regarding their Prescription Drug Plan. After working in Wellcare, I worked at Anthem NASCO as a Customer Service Agent where we assist provider’s inquiries regarding member’s plan and coverage. I transferred to Telus International, a Canadian Telecommunications Company where we assists the inquiries and installation of phone line and internet connection of Medium to large businesses. My Team Leader transferred me to Tier 2 team where we handle big projects from large businesses and handles cancel and hold orders.
