Through the years of working as a call center agent, I have been able to exercise every skill that is needed to do an excellent call. Whether it be an inbound or outbound. I'm sure I would do a great job. Making or receiving calls to or from different time zones, adjusting to different kinds of people and excellent English speaking ability are the three of many important things I have learned doing this job. I have also been very good at doing jobs like excel work and data gathering. I worked in a BPO company so computer works that involve typing or copy pasting is a job I could really do excellently.
I am looking forward for opportunities that would put all the skills I have to good use and by any chance enhance them. Making calls, interacting with different kinds of people, in different time zone and doing any work in front of a computer is a job for me and a job I will really enjoy.
