Experienced Care Rep/Virtual Assistant

I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for a total of 5 years now. My work included call and email handling, escalations or incident management, data entry, internet research, social media management, technical resolution and chat support.
I am very familiar with the internet and all its applications. I also have basic knowledge of Wordpress Website management.
I have worked for reputable companies like SunTrust Bank, 1&1 Internet Inc, Sprint, Comcast, and Amazon.com.

I decided to stay at home and work comfortably with a workload that I can easily manage. I am experienced when it comes to customer service, customer retention and data entry. I have also experienced being a Technical support rep for a website hosting company for a year.

Overall, I can say that I am skilled and best in what I am doing. Not to brag but I've received lots of incentives and perks from my previous companies due to hard work and taking good care of my customers.

A multitasking VA and can work well under pressure. I am proud to say that I am a fast learner and always willing to learn. I make it my priority to have tasks completed on time, ensuring goals and service agreements are achieved.
