A staff resourcing problem solver globally

I commenced my recruitment career in 1996, setting up a unique Operating Room Nursing Agency in Brisbane Australia. As business owner I was driven to succeed after extensive background in pharmaceutical marketing and nursing. After 8 years of working 24 hours a day I sold this highly successful business and moved into mainstream recruitment consulting in engineering, construction, OHS and executive search.

All my previous knowledge of running businesses and working in senior management positions in multinationals has given me a strong understanding of what my clients are seeking in new employees. I like to partner with my clients, acting as their representative in the marketplace.

The work I do changes peoples and families lives, allowing others to reach their goals as well. My entrepeneurial streak gives me the creativity to provide solutions that others may not have thought of.

Work Terms

Whilst happy to work on site anywhere in the world, I am able to function globally from my office. I provide a solid quotation after discussion about the proposed work. Can also unbundle services and assist in utilising global talent pools.
