I have been in this industry for almost 6years already. Ive worked as a Customer Service Representative at SPI Global, one of biggest BPO industry in the Philippines. I have worked under DISH NETWORK account. which is a cable network provider in the United States. Ive also been an Executive Assistant of Eagle Web Assents, It is an affiliate company located in Chicago, where in I do emails, calls and data entries. I have also worked home based for so long now, and have handled a lot of campaigns and projects. such as, Real Estate, Mortgage Programs, Cash Advance, Insurance company, website sales, telemarketing, appointment settings, and B2B as well.
I am very proficient in English. Verbal/Non-Verbal.

Work Terms

I can work anytime of the day, I have a mini-office in my house and good headset with noise cancelling microphone, and 2 computers with multiple screens each.
