  oomla went ahead and created a mirror site that they did all the work in. I was able to check it and make sure it was what I wanted before it was put up. This also meant there was NO downtime for my site! There were also some changes that had to be made in the formatting in order to be able to move to the new version. The tech spoke to me and was able to figure out a format that worked perfectly. They also helped me with the admin console so I now can make changes on my own.
