Mike has been an excellent artist from the get go. He is a brilliant artist, with an uncanny ability to match stylization to the needs of the project. His work is timely and his attitude is professional. There is absolutely no doubt that he will continue to receive work from us, without us having to search out bidders again. He produced a superior model, in under the time budgeted and even came in several hundred polys under our performance budget. Without reservation I can say, that as his talents continue to mature he will end up being player in the world 3D asset creation. His rates are fairly normal for what one would expect from a top tier modeller, but unlike some of the cheaper bids, his product is vastly superior. Superior enough that he is getting full associated credits in the product, free of charge or trade. That kind of talent is anything but common. 10/10 would recommend. Jagged Pixel is ultimately destined to become well known name in the industry.
