    One of the best guys I have every worked with here on Guru, Mike is very responsive even with our time difference, Mike in the UK and myself East Coast USA Mike answered every email so quickly. He did everything he said he would do within his time frame. I wish everyone on GURU worked this way life would be so much easier for outsourcing work.
