Work Terms

-Hours of Operation
I am available for one-on-one sessions during weekdays and weekends excluding Sundays.
My usual working hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM, but I offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Please let me know your preferred time, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

-Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: My standard hourly rate is [$30 per hour], which includes personalized training and fitness planning.
Payment Method: I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or direct money.
Billing Cycle: Payments will be invoiced upon agreement with clients, depending on the agreement. I require payment before or after each session based on mutual understanding.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least X hours/days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

-Preferred Communication Style
I am responsive and accessible via Guru messaging, mail, message, call, or WhatsApp.
For initial consultations and updates, I prefer written communication so we can both have a clear record of our goals and progress.
I am happy to discuss any questions or concerns before, during, or after each session to ensure you feel supported throughout your fitness journey.
