An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure..

I originally set out for electrical engineering. However, I discovered that I was far more interested in learning the mathematics behind it. I wandered a few years after I earned my BA in mathematics and happened to be in the right place at the right time at the beginning of the digital revolution.

Hence, I've just retired from a very long, secure and worthwhile career as an electronics technician. Over that time, in that very demanding 'middle part of life', I never let go of mathematics. My hope was that eventually, I might return to earn a master's degree.

During those intervening years, (again thanks to the .com revolution) I applied my knowledge of mathematics towards investing and trading. I was one of the first retail investors to trade equity and index options via those early discount broker trading platforms. I'm still an active trader and I can tell you, with certainty, that today's markets and trading platforms are light years ahead from their first iterations of over twenty years ago!

I have the knowledge, the skills, the experience and the time that would be an asset for an individual technical or financial writer or publisher. I can write with clarity, accuracy and catch errors before they go to print.

I have the well practiced knowledge and real life experience to be your 'go to' ounce of prevention!
