Im Miko Bernadette Caparas but my family and closes friends call me Mickey. Im 29 yrs. old. youngest among 4 children. I spent my free time watching tv series and movies. I work as a customer service representative. I've been with the industry for almost 8 years and I should say this is comfort zone. The longest project that I handle was Quickbooks. We helped clients to organized their books.There was a time that the client really need to finish the books because she has a deadline and even though we had a longer talk time and compromise my scores in talk time, but completing the goal and make my customer happy is one of the best story that I can share.
