Work Terms
Payment Terms: (SafePay) I prefer 50% pre and 50% after the project has been completed, however we can discuss flexible payments (33-33-33 for example) depending on the project.
Usually working in EST timezone but willing to make tweaks to this if project requires limited deadline.
Email and Skype (voice) chat preferred.
Always meeting deadlines.
