MiMi's career began as a classroom teacher in a rural middle school. She moved on to teaching at the secondary and community college levels as her love for teaching grew. Making a change to the corporate sector, MiMi filled the need for clear, concise, and measurable training materials in various industries including banking, transportation, boutique software development, and home services. MiMi's strength is being able to work with SMEs to document processes and then create process work flows, user guides, training manuals, online learning videos and courses, job aids, and more. MiMi uses Adobe software, primarily, InDesign, Captivate, Photoshop.

Work Terms

MiMi works Monday - Friday. Upon receipt of initial payment and project requirements, MiMi will begin working for you. This type of work may require frequent communication for clarification and review. It is paramount that both you and I communicate in a timely manner. I will make every effort to respond to your messages as quickly as I can during the week. I am not available on Saturday or Sunday at this time.
