Prior to founding Mindigit, we worked with 50+ customers across US, Canada, Europe, Australia and India, from diversified industries such as Retail, Travel and hospitality, security, hi-tech and cloud computing in different capacities ranging from developer to architect to delivery management and onsite coordinator. Having vast experience in working with pioneering start-ups, small to medium enterprises and world’s leading technology brands, we built our foundation on three important pillars: technology, delivery and process.

How we work:

The development approach at Mindigit is as follows:

- We work with the customers through the entire execution lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch of the product and beyond to maintain and support the product. This includes brainstorming, doing research, suggesting new ideas, architecture, technologies and processes to follow, testing strategy and deployment.
- For software re-engineering or maintenance projects, we work with customers to understand the existing application ecosystem and build a strong team to maintain the application or make feature enhancements.
- We typically use agile methodology such as SCRUM. However, execution methodology may change as per the project requirement and to suite customer preference and environment.
- We believe in keeping customers abreast with progress of the project at all times. Our day-to-day communication mediums are emails, Skype, conf call and screen sharing for a very close coordinated working relationship.
- Last but not the least, we encourage every team member to use tools to increase developer’s productivity as we strongly believe in the philosophy of “humans to innovate, machines to automate”.
