Manage day to day activity of the sales team, and liaise with key stakeholders within the Elsevier matrixed organization. Establish and maintain targeted accounts; achieve sales targets. Create a "best in class" sales team by hiring, retaining, motivating and developing employees with appropriate skills to achieve business goals. Report on channel performance against revenue targets to executive leadership.
