Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Flexible schedule, but generally available during standard hours (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM) in your time zone.
Also accommodate requests outside these hours for an additional fee.
Able to work on projects synchronously as needed.
Payment Terms:
Negotiable based on project scope and complexity.
Prefers one of the following options:
Fixed price per project with milestones for larger projects.
Hourly rate with weekly or bi-weekly invoicing.
Retainer agreement for ongoing projects.
Requires a 50% deposit upfront before starting work.
Payment due within 14 days of invoice receipt.
Communication Style:
Prefers clear and concise communication.
Available for video calls or phone calls to discuss project details or answer questions.
Responds as soon as possible.
Encourages open communication and feedback throughout the project.
