We use updated online resources like RSMeans and ACCUBID Database etc. So our material and labor numbers are according to the project location or zip code.

Work Terms

1: We usually present our estimates in an excel spreadsheet along with color coded marked up drawings in PDF.

2: We will also share a summary sheet which is basically a scope sheet explaining what's included and what's not.
