A database administrator and a developer with over 10 years of experience in solving problems using/related to MS SQL Server

Over 10 years of experience in Administration, designing, developing and maintaining databases and business intelligence supporting platforms. Good knowledge of SQL Server aspects and related technologies like SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and PowerBI. Proven experience as an SQL Server developer consultant participating in various activities like designing performance improvement plans for databases that supports transactional processing, assist developers to overcome their challenges by providing technical solutions and continuously improve by keeping abreast of latest technologies.

Past experience:
• Act as a MSSQL Server Administrator, developer consultant and designer, for the various teams that are a part of application development.
• The activities include
o Administration of MS SQL Server instances (High availability, Backup management, Monitoring and Performance tuning).
o Assist developers in implementing solutions using SQL Server RDBMS, SSIS, and SSRS.
o Identify and performance tune complex queries and stored procedures.
o Analyze the root cause of the database related issues that developers face.
o Participate in the architectural design discussions and provide appropriate inputs.
o Monitor and manage the database development environment
o Monitor the source control of database development projects.
