My Journey

I spent two years in China, looking at my own language from an outsider's perspective. I honed my skills with the most difficult editing out there, ESL editing, and I came back stronger and better than before. Since China, I've edited speeches, academic papers, ebooks, and blogs, and I've written fantasy and sci-fi, blog posts and articles.

My Beginning

I earned a bachelor's in English from a small private college with exacting standards. I spent most of my general credits on editing and writing classes, including Copy-editing, Copy-writing, Technical Writing, and two creative writing classes. I went through the Chicago Manual of Style from cover to cover, and I cover the AP style book in my journalism class.
