Creating employees files:
• Handles all hiring issues such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents with all new employees and maintain it in the employee files.
• Social Insurance: Preparing form 1, form 2 & form 6 and labor office issues, handling any insurance problems.
• Responsible for preparing the required procedures & papers in case of employee resignation.
• Making HR letters.

Variety of activities related to employment:
• Coordinating employee’s events and family days.
• Handling employee’s problems.
• Motivate employees.
• Responsible for preparing the training plan.

Recruitment process:
• Searching in recruitment websites, screening CVs, selecting appropriate candidates according to the specific job descriptions and requirements, Calling candidates to arrange for interviews.
• Conducts new employee orientation.
My rate will be 7 dollars per hours.

Work Terms

I Can work 8 hours per day.
My salary can be transferred to my bank account every month.
