Work Terms for Logo Design Services

Project Scope:

The scope of the project will be clearly defined before work begins. Any additional requests or revisions outside the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees.
Communication:

All communication will be conducted via Guru’s messaging system or email. I will provide regular updates on the progress of the project and will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Revisions:

I offer [X] rounds of revisions as part of the project. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges. I am committed to ensuring you are satisfied with the final design.
Timeline & Turnaround:

Initial concepts will be delivered within [X] business days of receiving your requirements. Final delivery time will depend on the scope of the project and the number of revisions requested.
Payment Terms:

Payments will be made through Guru’s SafePay system. I require a [X]% deposit to start the project, with the remaining balance due upon final approval and delivery of files. Milestones can also be set up for larger projects.
Full payment is required before the delivery of final files.
File Delivery:

Upon completion, I will deliver the final logo in multiple formats (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.) suitable for both print and web use. Source files will also be provided.
Ownership & Copyright:

Once the final payment has been made, you will receive full ownership and rights to the logo design. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise requested.
Client Responsibility:

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to ensure smooth progress. Delays in feedback or missing information may extend the project timeline.
Confidentiality:

I respect your privacy and will keep all project details confidential. Any sensitive information provided during the course of the project will not be shared or used for any purpose other than completing the project.
