Work Terms

**1. Engagement and Communication:
Initial Consultation: Free initial consultation to discuss project scope and requirements.
Communication: Regular updates and check-ins via Guru messages, or Zoom calls as per the client's preference.

**2. Project Delivery:
Milestones: Projects will be divided into clear milestones, each with deliverable specifics and deadlines.
Revisions: Includes up to two revisions per milestone to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

**3. Payment Terms:
Payment Schedule: Weekly based on hours approved or per milestone.
Preferred Payment Method: Payments through Guru SafePay for security and convenience.

**4. Availability:
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CET. Weekend availability can be arranged if necessary.
Response Time: Respond to all queries within 24 hours during weekdays.

**5. Confidentiality and Data Security:
Confidentiality: All client information and project details will be kept confidential.
Data Security: Adherence to best practices in data security and compliance with GDPR for clients in the EU.

**6. Feedback and Closure:
Feedback: Encourage clients to provide feedback upon project completion to continually improve service quality.
