Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Hello! My standard hours of operation are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
I am committed to providing timely and efficient service during these hours. However, I understand that flexibility is often needed, so I am available to accommodate your needs outside of these times as well. If you require assistance beyond my standard hours, please feel free to leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment terms:

Projects Under $1500:

25% upfront advance upon contract signing.
75% final payment on successful project completion and delivery.
Projects Above $1,500:

20% initial advance upon contract signing.
30% progress payment after the first draft is submitted and approved.
25% milestone payments for progress on agreed-upon deliverables.
