i am from India and my hobbies are reading,cooking and travelling.I started working with a banking process outsourced by Barclays Bank UK where i had to provide customer service to the customers calling from The UK.I also had to up sell banking products like home insurance,loans.etc.I then moved on to 3 global services again a telecom process outsourced in India.My job was to retain the customers who wanted to cancel their contracts with three which was quite a challenging task but i overcame and also received several awards in the company for that.Then i moved on to another process which was outsourced by american express for their clientele based in United States.
