Over the last 10 years I have developed my skills as a Customer Support Guru and Virtual/Administrative/Executive Assistant doing Project Management, Customer Support, Schedule and Calendar Management, Microsoft Excel and Word projects, Product Research and more. I have worked for companies like Mohawk, Boston Scally Company, Uncommon Green, OsComp Systems, XLNT Brain Sport, Anita Grant Cosmetics and more. I am seeking opportunities to further the use my skills in a support position I love.
I enjoy making customers happy and resolving their issues. It gives me great satisfaction to watch a business improve and grow through awesome customer support.
I also enjoy Excel projects and I know my way around macro's and formulas.I have received several awards, commendations, and recognition for my levels of service, quality, learning abilities, and improvements made to the businesses I serve. I like to consider myself a true Jack-of-All-Trades.
Work Terms
I work 24/7/365, with my preferred hours being Monday - Friday during the hours of 9:00am EST and 5:00pm EST. I will sign a NDA and have no issues completing a back ground check. I can be reached through chat and Email, I do not use a webcam. I only do occasional phone work, absolutely zero cold calling or inbound calls.
