My areas of special expertise include management, consulting, and directing large scale events, administering budgets, and overseeing the food and beverage operations for multiple arenas, exhibition areas, and catering halls totaling more than 250,000 sq. ft. I offer a record of success in the management of hotel, casino, entertainment, catering, banquet and event operations and sales, with a consistent history of increasing revenues while reducing costs, improving efficiency, and expanding market share, all of which have granted me a specific set of perspectives and experience in event production, project management, and F&B consultations.

I excel at building and leading top-performing teams, managing business, financial, and operational functions, and negotiating agreements. I am a Certified Professional in Catering & Events, with project management work and experience.

I continue to pursue speaking engagements and moderating panel discussions at industry leading events, such as the Bar and Restaurant Expo in Las Vegas.

I am excited to also have the chance to advise and work as a food and beverage consultant in Las Vegas, as well as open our own LLC pursuing Food and Beverage Consultation, event production work as well as producing a beverage show for YouTube and a live streaming concept.

Some of my career highlights include:

• Leading and working with teams building and growing a 700+ occupancy showroom, restaurant, beverage and entertainment complex on the Las Vegas Strip.
• Founder and builder of a content creation company and food and beverage consultation company, as a multi-point plan to create a new venue bridging both in the Arts District of Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Grew catering & banquet revenue by a factor of 4.5. for a major Las Vegas hotel, managing events for groups over 2000 people and conventions over 20,000 people per day.
• 4 years as an Operations Director for a Los Angeles based creativity and gaming conference and convention.
• Producer and Executive Producer for a creative game awards show in Hollywood.
• Oversaw food, beverage, menu, and event management for the VIP room and Green room for presidential rallies.
• Provided support for high-profile events, including NASCAR races and major Las Vegas trade shows and conventions.
• Leading teams handling the special events for Crown Royal’s alcohol product launches, the Budweiser Clydesdale's annual Christmas events, and the annual Cinch Rodeo Welcome Party for the NFR.
