Work Terms

Rates & Billing: Hourly rates vary depending on service and complexity ($10-$30/hour). Fixed prices quoted upon project details. I invoice through Guru after project completion.
Turnaround Time: Individual tasks (within 24 hours), small projects (3-5 business days), large projects (negotiable upon scope).
Revision Policy: 2 free revisions per task/project. Additional revisions at $10/revision.
Payment Terms: Payment due within 7 days of invoice receipt. Prefer Guru escrow for larger projects.
Communication: Primarily open to chat & video calls for complex projects. Response within 6 hours during business hours.
Confidentiality: I respect client confidentiality and will not share project information without permission.
