I'm Mitzi.

I'm a general virtual assistant, ready to serve! I am approachable, flexible, and open-minded. I'll put forth every effort to finish the work before the deadline. I have a bachelor's degree in Education major in English, which helped me hone my English language writing and communication skills. Furthermore, I attended intensive training at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), where I developed my administrative skills in the following field: Web Research; Graphic Design; Data Entry; Audio and Video Transcription; CRM and Social Media Management; Live Chat Setup; and Email and Calendar Scheduling.
