Hours of operation 9-5 EST, Mon-Thurs. Will reply by email at mjpublisher@gmail.com. Terms for short term projects are 50% up front, and %50 on completion. Long term projects may be negotiated individually, based upon research and writing contributions, and time scheduling for delivery.
