I am a multi-faceted person with a background in education, project management, business analysis, quality assurance, technical writing, and training. I am also a sewist/seamstress and teach yoga. I have been using InDesign since 2007 to create professional, clear, user-friendly documentation for use in process and operation training and for system and software application training. I have been using Captivate since 2005 (when it was known as RoboDemo) to create eLearning modules for online training in many industries and for topics ranging from introducing new software to HR compliance training. I enjoy designing and writing user manuals, training documentation, and system guides that help people learn the skills they need to be successful in their jobs.
