I am a freelancer Data Analyst , I have passion in data mining and exploring insights , to uncover interesting facts that may enhance , drive , or even transform the business .

I Having 14+ years of experience in telecom industry as a Solution / Integration Architect / Data Analyst And BSS Engineer, with proven skills in Digital Transformation, Process Transformation, System Integration , Data Analysis/Cleansing /Mining following industry standards like TM forum , and TOGAF.

I have hands on experience in Data Gathering , Assessing, Cleaning ,Analysis and Virtualization , to explore and extracts business insights from row data using data analysis tools such as :
- MS Excel
- Python Libraries(i.e Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib ,Seanborn,…)
- Jupyter Notebook
- Anaconda Software distribution

I am currently looking to achieve high customer satisfaction rather than making profit .
