Professional Administrative and Translation Assistant
I am a professional & detail-oriented leader with expertise in all perspective of outsourced admin and support, Customer care services, and data entry projects.
My high level of digital literacy with internet tools and computer application tools such as Microsoft office suite gives me the advantage of providing accurate and reliable data entry and management services.
I am also a native Somali speaker who has 5 years’ experience in translating Somali to English, English to Somali and Somali to Kiswahili and vice versa having worked for various humanitarian agencies in Dadaab during the refugee digital registration exercise.
Additionally, I possess customer care and sales and marketing skills which I obtained while working with pwani oil and refinery company Mombasa Kenya. I also possess the highest standard of the institution work ethics, confidentiality, loyalty and can anticipate work needs.
