Work Terms

Work Terms Agreement

1. Hourly Payments:

Rate: $30 per hour
Billing Cycle: Weekly
Minimum Hours: 5 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 hours in a week
2. Payment Method:

Payment Platform: PayPal or Bank Transfer
Payment Schedule: Payments will be made every Friday for the hours worked during the preceding week
Invoice Submission: An invoice detailing hours worked must be submitted by Thursday evening for payment to be processed
3. Work Time:

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (your local time zone)
Flexible Hours: Work hours are flexible, but a minimum of 3 hours of overlap with standard hours is required for meetings and collaboration
Breaks: 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks per workday
4. Communication Style:

Primary Communication Tool: Formal communication and documentation will be managed through a designated messaging platform
Instant Messaging: Use of Slack or Microsoft Teams for quick queries and real-time updates
Response Time: Aim to respond to messages within 24 hours on business days
Meetings: Weekly check-in meetings via Zoom or Google Meet to review progress and address any issues
