I am a multilingual architect with masters degree in architecture from INSA de Strasbourg in 2008, I have a special passion for data analysis methods, tools and techniques using programs such as Excel and Python.

I can communicate in (Arabic - English - French). And can perform different phases of data analysis; gathering, cleaning, wrangling, exploring and visualization.

- Leading the design & supervision teams in a diverse range of projects (residential - retail - corporate & banking).
- Design and execute operation strategies for various projects with budgets vary from 24 billions EGP to 20 millions EGP.
- Coordinate with all disciplines to ensure the delivery of a fully coordinated project till final handover stage.
- Providing oversight to ensure that all projects in progress are completed on schedule and within budget.

Managing Partner | Exception for contracting and consulting services
September 2010 - January 2019
- Leading the technical office & construction teams in a diverse range of architectural projects (residential, retails, restaurants …etc.).
- Outsourcing engineering services for French & Egyptian consultation firms. Services include conceptual design, preparation for license drawings & documents, working drawings and carrying out the agreed role during the construction phase.
- Starting a new business line for furniture design and wood products.

Work Terms

Hours of operation:
- 8 hours/day.
- 5 days/week (from Sunday to Thursday).

Payments:
- Negotiable.
- Payment terms to be according the project type, scope and duration.
