Work Terms

Communication:I prioritize clear and consistent communication throughout our collaboration. We can connect via Guru's messaging platform, email, or scheduled calls to ensure we're always on the same page.Project Scope:The project scope will be clearly defined at the outset, including deliverables, timelines, and any specific requirements. Any additional work outside the initial scope will be discussed and agreed upon as a separate milestone.Timeline:I am committed to meeting agreed-upon deadlines. The timeline will be established at the start of the project, and I will keep you updated on progress regularly. Rush jobs may be accommodated depending on availability, but may incur additional fees.Revisions:I offer up to [X] revisions per project to ensure you’re satisfied with the final design. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be subject to extra charges.Payment:Payment will be structured according to the agreed milestones. Typically, I require a deposit upfront, with the remainder due upon project completion. All payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system.Ownership & Rights:Upon full payment, you will receive full ownership and rights to the final designs. I reserve the right to feature completed projects in my portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.Confidentiality:I respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your project. Any proprietary information shared with me will remain secure and will not be disclosed without your explicit permission.Cancellations & Refunds:In the event of a project cancellation, refunds will be handled based on the work completed up to that point. If the project is canceled after significant work has been done, partial payments may be retained to cover time and resources invested.Feedback & Reviews:I highly value feedback and aim for a positive working experience.
