Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Mohammedsajid Shaikh. I am a B. Com. Graduate from Gujarat University and have an experience in MNC's where I worked as a Process Associate, Chat Associate. As a Chat Associate I handled eBay’s customers query through email from all over the world expect US, UK, Germany and Australia. I am working in Mortgage process of U.S. As a Process Associate I have to verify details from the documents which borrower has provided at the time of applying for loan with the details in client’s software and update the details in software if necessary. Also I am playing a role as a Quality Analyst along with Process Associate. As a Quality Analyst I am checking the quality of Process Associate. It means I am responsible to check either Process associate has verified the details correctly and update it wherever required or not.
