With an MBA (Marketing) and diplomas in Foreign Trade and Public Relations, I am an out of the box thinking export marketing professional with more than 35 years overall experience in international trading, business development of agricultural and non- agricultural Commodities, Letter of Credit operations, Trade Credit Risk Management, procurement and supply-chain management, and FMCG Marketing.

Cross- functional Business Operations Manager

I was General Manager of South India business operations of a premier agricultural commodities trading, and exporting, importing and procuring organization in India. My prior experience also includes B2B and B2C business operations as Branch Manager in a number of Indian states. Also, I was previously the Head of Sales, India for a UK based manufacturer Import & Export Trading House with sugar refineries in U.S and Brazil.

Achievements

As a Consultant to some Indian insurance software companies, I had created and developed export markets for them and promoted their business and services by using digital and social media marketing practices. Developed a number of new businesses in domestic and export and import marketing of Agri-and-non-Agri commodities, Public Private Partnership, Futures marketing, Contract Farming, Consumer marketing in Edible Oils and Spices. Contributed to increase revenue and profitability in all the assignments.
