Experience:

- Design and develop LED power supply and light engine using different type of LED packages for product base on LED such as DownLED, Tube Light, MR16, Traffic Light, VMS and ect.
- Perform basic optical simulation for product used.
- Design to comply safety international ie UL, CE, IEC and CCC.
- Support production line as a production engineer to ensure no design related issues.
- Provide technical support i.e. help trouble-shooting (debugging) and analyzing problems of failure products.
- Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory and suppliers to address design issues.
- Perform design verification and testing which includes component level, thermal performance, sub-assembly, dimming, EMC and safety. Generate verification procedures and test reports.
- Create and maintain the BOM list and ECN issuant for product improvement for release product and new coming product.
- Involve in testing for new coming products, implementation D-FMEA, P-FMEA and VACD.
- To prepare and issue engineering documents
