Flexible Working Hours
I offer flexible hours to accommodate clients across time zones, ensuring deadlines are met.

Payment Terms
Payment will be managed through Guru’s SafePay system, with milestone-based schedules. Invoices are raised upon milestone completion. Payments gateways can be changed according to the Work conditions and project scope.

Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions within scope are included. Extra revisions may incur additional costs.

Confidentiality
All shared information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Ownership
Ownership of work transfers upon full payment. Until then, I retain rights.

Timelines
I adhere to deadlines. Delays caused by clients may extend the project timeline.

Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. Completed work will be billed.

Support
Post-project support can be arranged as per separate agreements.

Dispute Resolution
