Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Standard Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time)
Weekends: Closed, unless otherwise agreed upon for specific projects or deadlines.
Availability:
We are available for scheduled meetings and communications during our standard working hours. Any urgent requests or work outside these hours should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Payment Terms:
Project-Based Payments:
For fixed-price projects, a payment structure will be agreed upon before the commencement of work. Typically, payments are split into milestones, with an upfront deposit of 40% before starting, 30% upon reaching the halfway point, and the final 30% upon project completion and client approval.
Hourly-Based Payments:
For projects billed hourly, invoices will be issued weekly or bi-weekly based on the hours worked. Payment is expected within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Preferred Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other mutually agreed-upon payment method. Details will be provided in the invoice.
Late Payments:
Invoices that are not paid within the agreed-upon time frame may incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount for each week overdue. We also reserve the right to pause work on the project until payment is received.
Currency:
All payments are to be made in USD unless otherwise agreed upon.
