Work Terms
1. Job Description: I agrees to provide transcription services for Client as outlined in the project specifications. This includes converting audio or video files into accurate text format, following specified formatting guidelines.
2. Confidentiality: I agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, including audio/video files, transcripts, and related materials. Any disclosure of confidential information without written consent from the Client is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the transcribed materials shall remain with the Client. I shall not claim any ownership rights over the completed work.
4. Quality Standards: I agrees to deliver high-quality transcriptions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the specified style guide. The Client reserves the right to request revisions or corrections.
5. Delivery and Payment: I agrees to deliver completed transcriptions within the specified timeframe. Payment terms will be as agreed upon in the contract.
6. Independent Contractor: I am an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. I am responsible for all taxes, insurance, and other business expenses.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with mutual understanding. In case of termination, I shall deliver all completed work and return any confidential materials.
8. Limitation of Liability: Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through support team of guru.com.
10. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
