Communication:
I prioritize clear and prompt communication to ensure smooth workflow and project success. I am available for updates and discussions via Guru messages, email, and other platforms such as Zoom as needed. Response time is typically within 12-24 hours.
Payment Terms:
Payment can be made on a per-hour or fixed-price basis, depending on the project scope.
Turnaround Time:
I strive to deliver high-quality work within the agreed deadlines. Depending on the complexity of the project, I aim for a fast turnaround, with a focus on accuracy and detail. Urgent tasks can be accommodated with prior discussion.
Revisions and Feedback:
I offer up to 2 revisions for projects to ensure client satisfaction. Open to constructive feedback and will make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
Confidentiality:
I respect client confidentiality and am willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) if required. All data handled will be treated with the utmost discretion and security.
Tools and Software:
