Senor telemarketer Cold Caller and Team manager

I started selling directories in my first year, and I liked the fact that I was able to sell to people and how people answer me back then after that I started doing live transfers ,strong sales, lead gen, setting appointments and also became a team leader for 13 agents for a third party where we lead gen for 4 companies TimeWarner, voyage, Verizon, IDT, this was an 8 month job were my team was able to produce around 80 to 100 leads a week which about 40 of them became sales...been doing this for 8yrs and I love my job . I Have to build my skills in Real estate, with investors realtors doing Lead Gen, 1031 exchange property, FSBO, Foreclosure, short sale, skip trace and expire listing I also ran a team of 3 and 2 finding motivators that want to see their house for cash. I have worked for different companies during my years like ADT just windows and doors, water filters, medical life Alarm Insurance for boats, cars, and homes, also life insurance for final expenses. I also have build calls center in the city of Managua.

Work Terms

The client has to provide leads and calling software, pay weekly thru Paypal.
