Java backend and Front end developer working in three different countries, for past 10 years. Used to work with different and new technologies all the time. But some of them were always there like Spring and Hibernate. Last 4 years my interests are mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Best way to have product done is to define it before start. If project is bigger milestones with nice defined tasks and responsibilities would be best approach.
